  • Founded in 1987 as a division of Chase Transcriptions, Inc. in response to the need for a training program to meet the growing demand for qualified medical transcriptionists.
  • Approved by State of Ohio Board of Career Colleges and Schools. Registration number is 88-08-1158T.
  • A comprehensive nine-month education program designed to prepare students for a career in medical transcription.
  • Accuracy, reliability and confidentiality in preparation and processing of medical records are emphasized in the program.
  • Students learn medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, pharmacology, and laboratory tests as they relate to medical transcription.
  • Current medical reference books are used throughout the course and become part of each student's library.
  • Instruction includes over 200 hours of actual hands-on experience with state-of-the-art transcription and word processing equipment.
