The Chase Transcriptions Technical Process
Our technical process is universal. Your hospital will have the option of using your dictation system, or our dictation system at no additional cost. Our technical personnel will spend whatever time is necessary to create and maintain a successful and seamless dictation process for your physicians. Chase Transcriptions will also provide interfaces and long distance coverage at no additional charge. Our line rate covers all costs. Chase Transcriptions will also provide desktop links for administration personnel, allowing access to the many measuring reports available through our ChartNet transcription software.
Compliance
Chase Transcriptions takes HIPAA and HITECH compliance extremely seriously. We utilize the services of the law firm Ulmer & Berne to assure continuous compliance. Chase Transcriptions also adheres to the new CDIA (formerly MTIA) Ethical Best Practices standards.
Speech Recognition
In an effort to increase our production and reduce pricing for our hospitals, Chase Transcriptions takes full advantage of front and backend speech recognition services. Chase Transcriptions utilizes the MultiModal Speech Recognition System. All Chase Transcriptions medical transcriptionists are completely trained in both standard transcription practices and speech recognition editing as well.
